What EchoSwap is
EchoSwap is an informational research tool that generates AI-produced summaries of public discourse. It provides alternative perspectives on news articles and opinion pieces for educational and research purposes only. It is not a news service, fact-checking service, or professional advisory service of any kind.
What EchoSwap is not
EchoSwap does not verify the factual accuracy of any content it produces. It does not endorse any political position, news outlet, or viewpoint. The AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Do not rely on EchoSwap output for medical, legal, financial, safety, or any other professional decisions.
Your use of the service
You may use EchoSwap for personal research, education, and journalism. You may not use EchoSwap to generate disinformation, harass individuals, or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for how you use and share the output.
Content you submit
By submitting a URL or text, you confirm you have the right to share that content for analysis. Public swaps are visible to anyone with the link. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive personal information through EchoSwap.
Payments and refunds
The Researcher plan is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) or an annual subscription ($39.99/year), processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@nodewright.com and we will review your case.
Limitation of liability
EchoSwap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content. In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
